Refund policy

We are so proud of the survivor made + fair trade items we market. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise, within 14 days. Item must be unused, in original condition, tags intact + in its original packing. All "SALE" items are final. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of shipping + we will work to get you a replacement or refund you with store credit. We may request photos or for you to return the damaged item back to us so we can inspect it + communicate any quality issues with the artisan group.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, + return shipping fees may apply. For questions regarding returns, exchanges + store credit please email CustomerService@NewCreationVA.org
